Cancellation Conditions

A- The hotel may cancel the reservation due to adverse weather conditions, road obstacles, strikes, terrorism, fog, the possibility of war, unpredictable technical issues and all force majeure reasons that prevent the start or continuation of the Reservation. In this case, the consumer has no right to compensation.

B- When the consumer requests cancellation until 21 days before the start of the service, the entire price he paid will be refunded to him.

C- The consumer agrees and undertakes to make 50% of the total booking fee to the hotel if he cancels the contract 21-7 days before the start of the service, and the entire amount less than 7 days before. Date changes made by the consumer are subject to cancellation.

D- In case of cancellation / transfer of the discounted service, the consumer agrees and undertakes to pay 50% of the service to the hotel until exactly 21-7 days before the start of the service, and less than 7 days before the full service fee.

For cancellations made up to 21 days before the start of the E-Service, the hotel refunds the consumer the full amount he has paid up to that moment.

F- The ailments or deaths of the consumer himself or his first degree relatives that prevent 10-day routine work are the exceptions to the cancellation / transfer clauses with the official institution report to be received from a full-fledged state hospital and its written submission before the start of the service.

G- The consumer cannot transfer the service he has received to someone else before or during the purchase of the service. The hotel will not refund any fees to the consumer in this case.

H- The hotel may cancel partially or completely 21 days before the start of the service it has announced or registered, provided that it notifies the consumer if it deems it necessary.

I- Consumer, LOSTA BOUTIQUE HOTELconsents to informing about the brands it operates, its suppliers and the organizations it cooperates with about the services, advertisements, advertisements, campaigns and activities.
